1. Returns policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return it for a refund or to be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Any product you return within this 14-day period, for a refund or exchange, must be unopened, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products:
- Pack your products safely and securely for protection during transit.
- Clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel.
- Include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.
- Include the invoice. After 14 days, you can only return a product if it is defective.
- Although we strive to offer products of the highest quality, should you find the product to be defective after use.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in any case.
2. Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your product you can return it within 7 days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way, with all original parts and packaging.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. Your refund will take 3 to 5 business days to process.
3. Refunds
General
You will be notified by email that your return product has been received and if a refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow time for the credit to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund has not been received after allowing reasonable time for it to be posted, please firstly, contact your credit card company and thereafter your bank, if necessary.
Sale items
Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange, therefore no refunds will be processed for these products unless the product is broken, damaged, faulty or incorrect.
4. Shipping
Please note:
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs for returns, other than damaged or defective items, are non- refundable.
- The time to receive your exchange product may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
